This is a wedding cake that I made for a young couple earlier this month. The bottom tier was chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse, the middle tier was a french vanilla cake with a vanilla buttercream icing and the top tier was chocolate cake with a raspberry cream filling. (That raspberry cream filling was SOOO good! I was particularly proud of how it turned out)
